Sales and Estimating:
A project comes to life with the vision of the architect, however with the right team of sales professionals building the relationships on the front end, assisting in the design and development; the project will be kicked off with a cost effective and planned partnership with the developer, architect and general contractor.
Estimators analyze blueprints, specifications and work with in house engineers and architects to determine material and labor costs associated with the architect's vision of the project.

Engineering:
Once the project is a vision, the engineering professionals will assist the sales and estimating staff with system design and detailing in order to fully understand the cost and needs of a project. The engineering staff works with both the sales teams as well as the operations department. Once awarded the contract for the project, it is the engineer's responsibility to expedite accurate and precise drawings to reflect the architect's vision while maintaining the cost effective measures that were determined on the front end of the project by the sales staff. Our engineers use the latest version of AutoCAD and various add-on software packages.

| Operations and Project Management:
Project manager have a vision of how to take the architects desire and build the project in the field. Project management takes a great deal of planning and scheduling to make things happen correctly and on time. Project managers evaluate the architectural plans, determine the means and methods of how to approach the project and implements the safety precautions that are required in order to execute the project. Project managers are involved in a project from the time the contract is executed to closeout documents
