BCI and its sister company Sun Metals Systems, maintain 100,000 square feet of a manufacturing facility located in Tampa, Florida; equipped with the latest automated technology in the industry, our capabilities are endless. We utilize state of the art materials through supplier partnerships from around the world. We offer architects and design build firms assistance with applications, engineering requirements, system design as well as research and development.
Our fabrication department uses a "just in time" process, what is fabricated today will be shipped to your jobsite tomorrow. Every individual frame unit has a specific "birth certificate" showing when it was fabricated, glass type, unit mark number, etc. Each "birth certificate" is adhered to the unit until it is installed in the field. This quality control method eliminates fabrication errors and assures the building owner that quality control check points through the fabrication processes are being completed by BCIndustries.
At capacity, our manufacturing process can produce over 300 units a day including fabrication, assembly, glaze and package; assuring the general contractor a "on time" delivery to your jobsite.
